  Do not confuse Clock Life Story Funeral Home in Muskegon with Clock Funeral Home in Whitehall. They are owned by different families, though they are distantly related. Clock Funeral Home in Whitehall should no longer be in business; it is a travesty. Clock Life Story Funeral Home in Muskegon, however, was exactly what you would hope for during such a difficult time. From the minute Cassie picked up the phone I knew we were in the right place and I can't thank Jodi, Don, and Cassie enough for being both professional and kind.

  Dale and Jodi Clock are a friendly, caring couple, just the kind of people you would want to help you through difficult, emotional times. I want my own family to be able to say goodbye to me in a dignified, celebratory way, and I've left clear instructions -- I want my own funeral service at Clock's.

  The way Tom Clock treated My Family and the body of my brother SFC Andrew S Hansen (U.S. Army) was disgusting. Billing the U.S. Army for services not rendered is fraud. This is not over. I would not let clocks bury a worm let alone another loved one

  I'm sorry for what you experienced, however that is not a reflection of our business or our team. The best way to share your feedback is to file a formal complaint with the Sate of Michigan, The Michigan Funeral Directors Association, Chamber of Commerce and the better business bureau in Whitehall.
