  My contact with Community EnCompass was that of a negative one. I'm sad to say. I was told by a DTE representative and also The 211 program that grants were available for moderate home repairs. EnCompass told me Egelston Township was not part of Muskegon County. Since when ??? I was inquiring about help with insulation and possibly windows. My house was built in the 50's. My utilities are high and my income is low. I thought just maybe I could get some help...If the programs are no longer available or have ran out of funding then they need to inform these agencies that are out there telling people there is help available.

  There not very professional they only help there family and friends I was told. And that's unprofessional!
